Mentality Mindset Official welcomes nominations of high school football athletes who are ready to demonstrate their athletic ability through performance evaluation and competition.

Parents, coaches, teachers, mentors, and community members may nominate an eligible athlete for consideration.

NOMINATION ELIGIBILITY & GUIDELINES

Open to football athletes currently enrolled in grades 8 through 12.
Athletes below 8th grade are not eligible for this program.
All nominations must include accurate school, team, and head coach information.
Nominations must be submitted in good faith with legitimate athlete information.
Submission does not guarantee an invitation, registration, or participation.
A parent or legal guardian must authorize participation by any minor athlete.

PLEASE NOTE: This nomination process is intended for serious athlete recommendations and legitimate inquiries. MMO reserves the right to review, verify, and decline nominations that do not meet program requirements.
